- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brandi who works here is extremely rude and didn't understand the simplest request of two separate money orders. At one point while she was "helping us" she got up and walked away to get a beverage. Brandi is very UN professional and needs to either be replaced to better represent the corporate or go back and trained on customer service but more importantly her duties at her job. Before we walked in we always triple count our money and made sure we had exactly what we asked for. We were short 5 dollars by the end of the whole frustrating encounter. It wasn't worth attempting to go back in and argue over 5 dollars. We sadly will not be going into anymore ACE cash expresses any longer because of this unfortunate experience. Brandi was not the most personable but she also didn't process my money orders at all how I asked, tried to double charge me for the fees and then got confused and tried to blame me for her confusion then shorted me $5. I recounted the money I gave her after she had to pull from the drawer to preprocess the order and when I said that it was short and she literally just stared at me and said nothing. I wasn't about to argue over $5 as I don't think there was anything I could have done about it anyway. Live and learn and never go to Ace Cash Express again.By Corissa G., March 05, 2017
