  Employees are of no help. Don't go to their drive up-teller. I went through one time just like usual. Then sent my deposit slip with my driver's license through their pneumatic tube system like usual. Once I received my cylindrical container, I took the contents out and realized that I didn't get my driver's license back. So I decided to pull up to their parking lot and go inside to ask the teller where my license was. When I asked the female teller in her 30-40s what she did with it, she just shrugged her shoulders with her hands up in the air and said "I don't know". Then I responded telling her that I sent it and never got it back, she did the same thing and turned around and went back to work. By then I was a little frustrated and asked a bank advisor about it and mentioned to him that I'm going to have to pay an additional $25 for a new driver's license that I don't want to pay for their employee's mistake. Of course, he just took down my number and said he would call me the next day probably just to make me feel better, but obviously they didn't find it by the next day. It’s pretty obvious that the teller probably sent my license to another customer through their pneumatic tube system without realizing. My main issue is that MY personal information is now in someone else's hands and being abused. I don't see why the bank advisor couldn’t have offered to pay for a new license for their employee's mistake. Plus, finding the time in a busy schedule to go to the DMV before it even closes to get a new license is difficult, which means driving without a license for a period of time until my schedule allows, and then paying an unnecessary fee of $25 for a new id. This all was an unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if they were paying better attention when handling someone else’s personal information. After this incident, I go to any other Commerce Bank than this particular location in Crestwood. Which, by the way are better and helpful.
