- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Do your homework. Use your smartphone and look at the DOR website and see what you need to be assisted in a timely manner. This will effect how long your wait is, in turn will make others waiting time decrease. Identification customers. Google is your best friend. Waiting in the parking lot in the age of technology to be turned away is your fault not the employees at DMV office. I would of given 5 stars but I went to Creve Coeur instead. This is a common sense review, The employees are not your qiosk answer people. They are paid to process "proper" paperwork, not deal with attitude and ignorance.By Melissa Palmer, April 07, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I go here whenever I am going to take care of car licensing or ID. The guy who does IDs it awesome. Cheerful, polite, and concise. It can take a little while, but that's not the fault of the people working there, but more often people like those who show up without proper documentation and then act like if they argue or play dumb the answer will change.
