  Mr. Thomas appears to be a very nice guy and easy to work with. However, Mr. Burns is actually the one who submits everything. He didn't submit my taxes until 3 weeks after I was in the office and he made changes without consulting with me. Changes that now have to be amended. However, I can't get either one of them to amend my tax return and correct their mistake. I would not recommend this tax preparer to anyone.

  Mr. Burns has prepared my taxes for more than ten years. He is very thorough and has a pleasant, professional personality. I think that some clients, including the one making the first review, didn't realize that when Mr. Thomas, who was working as an independent preparer in Mr. Burns office, interviewed and prepared taxes for his clients while Mr, Burns only transmitted them just as Mr. Thomas gave them to him. While Mr. Thomas was in Mr. Burns's office, I observed that Mr. Burns seemed agitated and not his usual jovial self, I asked why and he indicated that he was disturbed by the way Mr. Thomas was conducting business. I know that Mr. Burns is a well qualified enrolled tax agent, who values his clients and takes his business seriously. Mr. Thomas is no longer in his office.
