  I've been Mark's client for several years. When I had a claim issue and complained about several problems with State Farms Insurance it went unheard. Mark gets a residual income off his insurance and that's all he cares about. I've never had an insurance agent that was so lazy in his duties (in business or privately).

  Had a terrible experience with State Farm Claims where they would not address several errors they made on an auto claim settlement. Mark's office staff was responsive but could not resolve. I talked with Mark in person regarding these issues and he indicated he would look into it and get back to me. More than a month later, I never heard from him. It did not matter that I was a State Farm customer for more than 35 years!

  Mark is an example of what an insurance agent should be. When something went wrong for our family on a Sunday he was there to guide us through the process. My wife and I can't say thank you enough for going above and beyond. Anyone can buy State Farm coverage but your agent is what makes the difference. Thanks Mark to you and your Team for everything.

  Mark and his staff are always there whenever I need them. They go out of their way to make sure everything is handled properly. I have made 2 claims while I have been with Mark and could not be happier with how they were processed/handled.
