  Horrible service by horrible people. I went to the place to get new plates about 5 pm. I was called up and when I presented the title of the car I purchased was told that I had to change the amount of the car purchase to a more acceptable price. The lady wanted me to do something ILLEGAL! She wanted to change my title amount that I paid over 2000 more dollars then what I paid, that she said would be an acceptable price. ILLEGAL! I refused and asked to speak to the manager, the lady laughed in my face and tossed my papers back at me. Rude! I'm planning on filing a complaint with the highway patrol, attorney General's office and state dept of revenue.

  They've always been incredibly nice and helpful and expedient. I had to wait for a few minutes one time, and that was only because there were tons of people at once. I've gone in before super confused and they've always helped and gotten me what I needed and out the door quickly.

  Paying too much in tax and fees for workers to misspell my name on my title . Now I need to wait in line for another hour to correct a mistake that should never have been made. Thanks

  Employees need to be reevaluated. They can be very rude. This staff does not try to help with issues that need to be resolve. They do not have enough customer service and do not know how to speak to customers.
