- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this store. I got there before they opened and wasn't sure how to use the equipment so I jumped on a computer to print the files. The store opened at 8am. A gentleman had come in after I got there. I went to the counter to ask the rep could she do the copying for me and she told me to hold on because she had to do his job first even I was the firsylt person there. I said fine because I needed the materials for a meeting already in progress. I asked for a stapler remover to remove the staples and she was very discouteous. She finally said that his job was 400 pages or 400 copies and she suggested I take a seat. I asked her if they was another printing company and she said Fedex was .2.5 blocks or miles (at this point the blocks/miles were the same to me. I left. Her customer service was horrible abd I will tell my colleagues not to use her.By Patricia Marshall, September 29, 2016
