  They are the worst, rudest people ever. They called my phone of course, didnt leave a message, and when I called back, they gave me no info. I spoke w/ Andy, who hung up on me several times, then had Adam on the other phone, both were no help. I asked for a supervisor, Missy Smith, so she says got on the line, and still avoided the question, "what is the purpose of this company?" She wanted my info but wasnt saying who they were, and I was once a fraud victim. She was worst then the agents before. Seriously, this company should not be in business, and if I had or have any business w/ them, I would be afraid.

  The representatives here are very rude and unprofessional. They call constantly and when they do they never leave a message. I've spoken with several people and they all make it seem like you have to set up automatic payments or else. Website is misleading and has inaccurate information. One person told me they close at 5pm another told me 7pm. I was unaware they even had an office til the 5th person I spoke with told me. They ask personal questions that isn't any of their business and they have no regard to the fact that people do have other bills to pay. I've offered to pay small amounts to pay off my debt and they tell me that isn't enough. It makes me not want to pay at all. Retrain your employees!
