- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been here on 4 different occasions. I've done everything from drivers and vehicle license renewal to new vehicle purchase registration. I can honestly say the staff is very friendly and I've NEVER been in there more than 15 minutes. You can't say that about any other office in or around St Louis.By Andrew Wilson, March 31, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Clerks were wonderful and kind, helped me though the whole process. As a new Missouri resident I had no idea what I was doing. Don't know what's up with the other reviews about them being cranky, they were kind and helpful.
