- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disappointed with how I was treated by a blonde PNC representative today. I was misinformed about the documents I needed to open a very specific bank account and I was spoken to as if I was stupid and that I was trying to get away with something. There was no assistance or help offered to assist me is getting the documents. She just waited for me to get up and leave. I do all my personal banking through PNC and I love it because of how nice and kind everyone is. I won't use this branch again.By Rachel Gill, October 05, 2016
