  As I have seen from other reviews this place does have great service with the front desk employees. It's quick and you'll be out of there in no time but... I took my car there and they brought it back not to my satisfaction. They neglected to fix and replace some things properly and overlooked some damage. I had to do this several times. None of the shops they took the car to were certified to work on Mercedes Benz or other German models. They weren't very experienced with working with these type of vehicles. They changed my windshield and broke several parts that needed to be removed before the windshield can be removed. Their supervisor seriously tried to blame me and stated that I broke them. WOW Really then why are the parts specifically damaged at the removal points. (i.e. screw points and tabs.) It was just a huge hassle every time they missed something that guy found some unreasonable illogical way to put blame on me or say that it was originally like that when in their pictures it is not even close. He was wrong every time because the shops saw the errors and did the best that they could to make it right only to no avail because they had no idea how to make it right in the first place. What's worse is after they eventually took my car instead of replacing the broken parts they GLUED THE PARTS TOGETHER. They left the parts broken and apparently the shop stated this was a directive by the insurance company... I couldn't believe such incompetence and unprofessionalism. The insurance company still refuse to change the parts. Which their lifetime guarantee promises would not be an issue. They refuse to return my calls and make this right. Currently looking into small claims right now.. My point. If possible don't use this service. Take it to a reputable repair shop that is certified by the manufacture of your car and get a rental car yourself. Don't get sucked into this by the insurance company, get it don't right and your way not theirs. The companies they are contracted with to work on your car are inexperienced and aren't certified to work on many different makes. It really isn't worth the good service done by their front desk employees. I would rather have the worst customer service and a well repaired car than the shoddy jerry rigging I got from these people

  Total rip off if you have an accident! Even with full coverage insurance and a 500.00 deductible, they will charge you for the repairs also.... It cost over 3000.00 to get the car fixed somewhat.... And they even put the door locks on backwards! Complete waste of time and money..... Not actually covered at all... Its a shame too..... The car was also not even supposed to be drive-able because the drive shaft was cracked and they rigged it to stay for a short bit.... Broke while driving and the tire and half the rod flew off the car and I went off the road and bashed my head in.... Knocked me out... They refused to take responsibility because we were able to drive the car off the lot....

  These guys are crooks! They only scheme on taking your money! The entire company is a scam. Do NOT buy insurance from these guys anywhere. They told me i was late with verifying my proof of address (which i wasnt informed about until the last minute) and then charged me for an insane amount( more than double my monthly bill). They will not give me a refund. Please, anybody reading these reviews DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH PROGRESSIVE. THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS A SCAM! They only want to take your money!
