- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a similar experience as the other poster Scott. We had a secured loan and a auto refi. They tacked on some insurance that raised our car payment by 70$ a month - even after we provided proof of insurance. The interest rate was crazy hugh. We were late a few times by a day or two and when we applied for another loan out of desperation the lady was rude and said they didn't want to do business with us in the future.
