  I was neglected by a provider agency (Oddessa Home Health llc) that left me trapped on my floor bleeding for seven hours, and despite the incident being reported by a family member and my secondary care worker, I have yet to be contacted to address the incident. Investigator Nicole Wilson contacted my daughter and told her that if she cared she'd have been with me-leaving me concerned that the shift in blame would allow the abuse to continue. I have spoken to Stacey Gardner who directed me to Mr Thurmond, neither will return my calls. I live in constant fear of my abuser as the threats and harassment have not only caused serious emotional trauma but are still ongoing as the report goes on ignored. I'm now afraid to be in my home alone yet afraid to have my children with me in case my abuser hurts me again and my children are blamed by an investigator. I have never felt so helpless and so much like a burden in my disability. I shouldn't have to live in fear because DHSS hasn't done their job. And sadly, until they do, they're allowing this agency to go into the homes of other marginalized people and possibly harm them as well-assisting themain issue they're suppose to prevent.
