  We are in the process of moving in so this review is about our experience to-date. I will update with additional info after we've moved in. You can tell by the appearance of the property and the attitude of the team that Parc Frontenac aims at total satisfaction. The grounds are well kept; the facility itself is very clean and in new condition. The amenities (exercise, rooftop, laundry, parking etc.) are easy to access, clean and look great. The Parc Staff has been extremely helpful and demonstrates that they are committed to complete tenant satisfaction. Paul set op a convenient appointment for us when we inquired and during the tour, he was very proactive and in showing us the entire building, amenities and facilities. Paul took the time to answer our questions and although he was busy, he made us his top priority and spent the time we needed to make our decision. Christy and her team have been wonderful to work with as we execute the lease and figure out the logistics of moving in. We're looking forward to moving in! More to come review wise.

  I love this place and chose it for several reasons. 1. The doormen/ladies are just awesome. I love the fact they help us with packages. Kim, Glenn, Michael, are just awesome. There's always someone to greet you when you walk in the building. 2. It's across the street from Forest Park! So it makes it very easy to go for a run, watch the balloon race, go to the Zoo, or for a walk. 3. The rooftop view is over looks Forest Park! 4. Lucius and Brad are cool property managers, they are patient and understanding of our unique demands as tenants. We have a lot of medical/law/graduate students, and professionals. The only bad thing, no washers/dryers in the unit. We have a huge laundry facility downstairs. And parking is limited, but that's just the nature of the Central West End. The best part, you can walk home after hanging with your friend at one of the restaurants/bars around the corner.
