- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WORST BANK EVER! The atm at this location ate my checks! I understand there are procedures in place to file a claim and everything and it takes time. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not received my $500. I have called the number I was told to get this taken care of, 4xs! And they did nothing! I went to the branch to get it taken care of and everyone there was not helpful at all!! I did not get a single apology for the major inconvenience! And everytime I try to call to check up on things I get the run around about the personal bankers or manager not being available. Will be taking my business elsewhere and will contact the BBB in the meantime.By hanna atkins, December 07, 2016
