- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I have a question about my mother's account. I press 4 to talk to someone. The recording I get says they are currently busy. I can go back to the main menu but that will not help me. The recording then says "bye" and they hang up. Very poor customer service.By Carol Rudsinski, January 12, 2017
