  My experience with Mike Sr was horrible. He has no integrity and can not be trusted! He kept me waiting for two hours while my young children waited with me. He then started screaming at me in front of my children over our disagreement. He finally wrote me a check only later stop payment. He is not an honest man! My advice is not to do business with him. If you want to settle this dispute pay me my $1800.00

  MSG Jewelers was exactly what I was looking for in picking out my wedding rings! Mike was very patient to help me find the most beautiful piece when I had no idea what I even liked as far as style, cut, and colors. He did not rush my decision, but phrased questions open ended to help me discover "the one". I would highly recommend MSG to anyone who wants to have the best customer service experience, and high quality of pieces that fit into any price range, and style for any occasion. I also love the fact that they are family owned & operated. Mike was also extremely knowledgeable to explain the jewelry industry to ensure that all the pieces in the store are fair trade.
